This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of Clearcut.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your images. Since processing happens entirely in your browser, we never have access to your content.

AI Model

Clearcut uses the RMBG-1.4 model by BRIA AI. The model is subject to its own license terms. For commercial use of the model, please refer to BRIA AI's licensing.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Clearcut for anything illegal or harmful. Respect copyright and intellectual property rights when processing images.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Check the "Last updated" date for the latest version.
